Capability · document generation
Ten document types, AI-narrated from your assessment data, exported as PDF and DOCX.

Auditors and regulators don't accept dashboards. They accept documents. Attestry generates the ten document types every AI compliance regime expects: EU AI Act technical documentation (Article 11 / Annex IV), Colorado impact assessments, model cards, risk management plans, post-market monitoring plans, consumer disclosures, NIST AI RMF profiles, custom-framework reports, and the two PQC documents (migration plan, readiness report). Each document is structured by framework-specific section templates and narrated by Claude using your registered system metadata, classification results, and assessment responses, so every paragraph cites the regulatory provision it answers. Output ships as both PDF and DOCX, downloadable via signed-token URL.
What's included
EU AI Act technical doc, Colorado impact assessment, model card, risk management plan, post-market monitoring plan, consumer disclosure, NIST AI RMF profile, custom-framework report, PQC migration plan, PQC readiness report. Each is driven by section templates with required-vs-optional flags.
Each section is generated by Claude using the system's intended use, classification results, and scored assessment responses. Output references specific articles and clauses, not generic compliance prose, and is regenerable when underlying data changes.
Documents render to A4 PDF via jsPDF with consistent typography and to Word DOCX via the docx package. Both formats are reachable from the same signed-token URL so reviewers and counsel can edit in either.
Every regenerated document increments a version counter, with the previous content preserved. Document drift between assessment runs is visible without overwriting prior submissions to regulators.
